About the prostate
The prostate gland is roughly the size of a walnut and situated around the neck of the bladder.
It is part of the male reproductive system and is vital in the production of semen. A bundle of sexual nerves are clustered around it which is why as well as causing difficulty with urination, problems with the prostate can cause impotence.
As well as prostate cancer, there are a number of other problems that can occur with the prostate. These include BHP (Benign Prostatci Hyperplasia) and Postatitis.
If you think you may be suffering from any kind of prostate problem, it’s wise to consult your Doctor as soon as possible.
